Impact Studio provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to web design, development, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media management. The specific services will be outlined in the Agreement between the parties.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and timely information required for the delivery of services.
- Collaborate actively during project development and provide feedback.
- Adhere to payment schedules as outlined in the Agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including project milestones and deadlines, will be detailed in the Agreement. Impact Studio reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, all intellectual property rights for developed content and materials remain the property of Impact Studio until full payment is received.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms. Impact Studio reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-payment or disruptive behavior by the Client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Impact Studio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
10 Changes to Terms & Conditions
Impact Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
