In data centres in the EU, so your visitors' data stays under EU law. We name the one we use before you move in.

How fast do you answer?
A message reaches the person who knows your site, not a queue. The hours we promise are set with you before you move in, and written down.

Who has the keys?
You do. The domain, the hosting account and the code are in your name, and our access is yours to take away at any time.

Can we leave and take the site?
Whenever you like. We hand over the files, the database and the latest copy, and help whoever comes next move it in.

Yes. We read it first, move it in, and tell you plainly what we found before we promise anything.
